(Administration of Foreign Companies)<br/>A foreign company shall designate a representative within the territory of the Republic of China to represent the company in litigious and non-litigious matters under this Act, and to serve as its responsible person under this Act in the Republic of China<br/>The representative under the preceding paragraph shall have a domicile or residence within the territory of the Republic of China.<br/>The foreign company shall file the name, domicile or residence, and power of attorney of the representative under paragraph 1 with the Competent Authority, and shall do the same in the event of any change thereto.
