第 四 章 附則
證券商及負責人、受僱人違反本作業要點之規定時，得由證券交易所、櫃 檯買賣中心及券商公會依其相關章則之規定辦理。
本作業要點由證券交易所報奉主管機關核定後公告實施，修正時亦同。
