Regulations Governing the Conduct of Securities Trading Margin Purchase and Short Sale Operations by Securities Firms
融券保證金及依第十七條第一項規定應補繳之差額，得以有價證券或其他 商品抵繳之。 前項有價證券或商品之種類及其抵繳標準，由證券交易所會同證券櫃檯買 賣中心擬訂，報請主管機關核定。
