If a transferee company of a demerger fails to apply to the TWSE for listing in accordance with prescribed procedures, annexing relevant documents, within the time periods set out in Article 53-21 through Article 53-24, it may separately do so in compliance with the relevant provisions of the TWSE Rules Governing Review of Securities Listings, but provisions of Article 53-22, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 or Article 53-22, paragraph 2 may respectively apply mutatis mutandis to the calculation of the incorporation period thereof.
