(Brokerage Contract Regulations)<br/>Brokerage contracts between a securities broker and its customers for transactions to be effected on a centralized securities exchange market shall be prepared in accordance with the form of the standard brokerage contract prescribed by the stock exchange.<br/>The material aspects of the standard brokerage contract referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority.
