In accepting orders for trading of foreign securities, a securities firm may enter into a written agreement with the principal such that when the principal closes out an investment in some particular type of securities, the foreign securities institution that executes the order may reinvest the trading price in another type of currency market fund or bond fund conforming to the market regulations of the given country pursuant to a previous agreement with the principal.<br/>The securities firm shall provide details in its monthly reconciliation statements of the principal's reinvestments in the currency market funds or bond funds referred to in the preceding paragraph.
