Article 177

(Penal Provisions)<br/>A person who violates Article 34, Article 40, Article 43-8, paragraph 1, Article 45, Article 46, Article 50, paragraph 2, Article 119, Article 150 or Article 165 shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, and/or a fine of not more than NT$1.2 million. A person who violates Article 40 or 150 as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 165-1 or 165-2, or Article 43-8, paragraph 1 as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 165-1, shall be punished under the preceding paragraph.
