Article 26

The total shares of registered stock held by all of the directors and all of the supervisors of any company that publicly offers and issues securities under this Act shall each respectively be not less than a certain percentage of its total issued shares.<br/>The regulations governing the director and supervisor shareholding percentages referred to in the preceding paragraph and for the auditing thereof shall be prescribed by order of the Competent Authority.
