(Types of Securities Business)
The securities businesses that may be operated in accordance with this Act are:
- securities underwriting and other relevant businesses approved by the Competent Authority.
- Securities dealing and other relevant businesses approved by the Competent Authority.
- Securities commission agency, brokerage, agency, and other relevant businesses approved by the Competent Authority.
