Article 6

The term "securities" as used in this Act means government bonds, corporate stock, corporate bonds, and other securities approved by the Competent Authority.<br/>Any stock warrant certificate, certificate of entitlement to new shares, and certificate of payment or document of title to any of the securities referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be deemed as securities.<br/>Any securities referred to in the preceding two paragraphs, even without a physical certificate representing the title being printed, shall still be deemed securities.
