Article 18

Approval from the Competent Authority is required for the operation of any securities finance enterprise, centralized securities depository enterprise, or any other securities-related service enterprise.<br/>Regulations governing the conditions for establishment, application and approval procedures, finances, operations, management, and other required matters for compliance with respect to the enterprises referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority.
